She’s the author of the go-to business book for dog pros, How To Run a Dog Business: Putting Your Career Where Your Heart Is, and travels the world teaching R+ dog trainers how to make a living doing what they love.

None of this is likely news, but what you may not know about Veronica is that she holds a Masters Degree in Education and spent her years before becoming a dog trainer, and eventually starting dogbiz, teaching. After years teaching virtually every level of school from preschool to high school (her favorite), Veronica taught graduate courses in curriculum design, classroom management, and teaching, and also coached junior high and high school teachers in the field.
