PPG is committed to being more purposeful in enhancing inclusivity and diversity – both within its membership and its wider community.

Inclusivity speaks to all stakeholders: clients, employees, contractors, volunteers, partners, board members, and association members.

Recent events have effected a greater urgency for us to do more in less time. We take inspiration from the words of Canine Companions for Independence (2021): “Black Lives Matter has shone a light on the systemic injustices prevalent in our society. We stand with all those working for widespread social change to eradicate racism and injustice. We join the outcry for greater inclusion and equity. We are committed to having tangible and actionable goals behind that urgency.”

To our membership and our community, we see you, we will listen to you and hear you, and we are with you. We must do better, and we will.
