Please note, to secure a booth there is a 50% deposit required. Full payment is required 12 weeks prior to the event. The deposit is non-refundable
Each summit booth includes a back wall and 2 x side walls and a vendor name sign.
All vendors & sponsors have the opportunity to provide one promotional items for each of the Summit "Swag Bag". ($400.00 value)

Your Individual "Experience"
When you complete your Vendor Application Form and pay your deposit we will contact you to discuss your individual “Experience” Each vendor will have an opportunity for a focused “Experience” during the event. This “Experience” will be communicated via the podium from the General Session on the day. The “Experience” is a unique event, product display, book sighing or special offer that motivates the attendees to rush forth to your booth and interact with you. We will help you create an “Experience” unique to your needs and product.
Shipping & Mail
The hotel does not have storage space for pallets and crates. Shipped items may not arrive earlier than 3 days prior to the start of the event, November 16th 2017.
The hotel will charge a handling fee of $15.00 per box
